General Description
The 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR is a high speed thermal cycling instrument compatible with 96- and 384-well plates and TaqMan Low Density Arrays. It allows to use multiple fluorophores in a single reaction due to continuous wavelenght detection from 500-660 nm (e.g SYBR, FAM, ROX, VIC, NED, TAMRA, JOE, TET). The fast option is available for 96-well format which reduces run time to about 35 minutes.
